[Frugalware-bugs] website is crippled when javascript is disabled

[Frugalware Bug Tracking System]

The new dropdown menus look really nice and make the website look cleaner. 
But... People who have javascript disabled in their browser aren't able to 
browse to other pages, because clicking 'community', 'download' and 
'development' just sends you to news.php. The easiest solution would just be to 
for example make a community.php page with a summary of links (just like the 
dropdown menus).
