[Frugalware-bugs] pls add color support to nano

[Frugalware Bug Tracking System]

I noticed nano is compiled without color and nanorc support and modifyed 
FrugalBuild can be found here :

a DynDns host and can be down sometimes.If something wrong with that then ask
