[Frugalware-bugs] Add choices in network install when fetching a package fails

when pacman(?) fails to download a package from the net, the only two choices 
are to either ignore it and move on, or to abort the installation altogether. I 
think two additional choices would make it easier to succeed with the network 
installation method. These are 'retry' and 'retry with a different mirror'. I 
probably don't need to explain what those choices would do.
