[Frugalware-bugs] hotplug "blacklist" seems to not work in 0.4

[Frugalware Bug Tracking System]

I used to be able to suppress loading modules via '/etc/sysconfig/blacklist'. 
The file still exists and should work, but putting e.g. "snd_intel8x0m" in it 
does not prevent that module from loading. The line I added has no additional 
whitespace. Has something changed in the 'blacklist' ?
