Details - Luckily enough I -Syu'd my -current box from konsole - so I faced with the text pasted below (sorry, it's Hungarian; it asks me to enter "yes\n" to continue the OOo.fpm's install).
Expected behaviour: don't ask anything (since a user with eg. a graphical pacman interface won't be able to enter anything, I guess); simply install the stuff without that Vietnamese extension, which is totally useless for me.
