for the future: you must choose:
1) just push, but don't upload a new fpm, so that you minor changes will
be automatically included in the next build
2) upload a new fpm and bump pkrel
uploading a new fpm and not bumping pkgrel causes corrupted packages (as
we discussed here on the list before) and are no more allowed!
