[Frugalware-devel] http problem @ genesis

hi

it seems that somehow apache died at genesis:
"(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down"

fuser -4 -n tcp 80 says
80/tcp:              14812

but kill -9 14812 has no effect. if i can't solve the problem i'll do a
reboot tomorrow but if possible i would like to avoid a remote reboot :)

(just in case anybody would poke about "what's up with apache?")
