you can see the list of available projects to translate. as a start,
i've added Russian to the homepage project, it's not a huge po file, so
it should be fine as a start.

don't forget to read this, till you don't commit, your work won't be
used. if you need any further help, just ask on this list :)
once, your translation is complete, we can ask Alex to add a flag to the
homepage to mention that such a translation is available
