[Frugalware-devel] provides=('httpd') or something

In MTA FrugalBuilds we have a provides=('mta') part, but there is no such
thing in httpd servers' FB. Is there any reason for it?
It would be good to have $subject there too, isn't it?

Also apache service is called httpd which is quite stupid as there are 3+
httpd servers in FST already.

What do you think?
