Not really , just 2 relbumps :P
apache relbump with 'both' scripts. ( eg the same script twice but different names )
pre_upgrade() remove rc.httpd from runlevel ( if there ) add rc.apache.
realbump again with just rc.apache and noone will ever notice :P ( ohh well all not reading this =) )
