[Frugalware-devel] enabling services by default in upstart?

This was the only argument that made me think about it at all. But my
conclusion is: I have no problem with the users, but i like myself much
better. I do it for myself most the time. I mean the devels give the
concept and the users use it if they like what we do. But i do not want to
start doing thing just because that might be good for the users. It's bad
for me, so i hate it. Really.
Also i have no reason to think that this is what the majority of the users
want.

We had this disabled by default behaviour and we have no reason to change
it. Frugalware is for advanced users and service foo start/add is _really_
a basic task.
