Sure, i wote for git, but i'm not sure if you want to convert all the
repos or fw-current only.
The other ones are way smaller than the frugalware repo, so switching is
not necessary. On the other hand using one scm for everything is simpler(?).

Which means we start using git and see if it works out or not, right? I
mean who has time to commit changes to both repo?
So imo we should just switch and if we got problems (i do not think we
will have) we just copy the changes from git to darcs.

Till i'm not familiar with the details i can say nothing, but i do not
afraid from switching at all as there is no real way back. I mean sooner
or later we have to switch because of the repo size.

Sure, it will be strange to use git for the first time, but there are the
docs, we can ask each other etc. We will do it just fine :)
