provided that i do not plan to remove darcs support from any tool, i
don't want to _force_ others to use git for small repos (ie
fw-control-center or upstart-jobs, these are maintained by priyank and
alex, it's up to them if they switch or not)

for me, it's easier to use one scm for most tasks, but if somebody says
"use the right scm for the given task" and want to use both darcs and
git for projects, it's okay

the current git repo is a sandbox, it helps me to add git support to
tools then it'll help others to test the updated tools. of course you
don't have to push every change to it

sure, when we think the tools are ready, we can do a freeze for a few
days and just switch
