that's a known upstream bug since ages and nobody seems to be working on
to fix it :/ basically you have two options:

- don't use accented filenames (it's always a bad idea)

- pacman-g2 -R openoffice.org-kde, the original one handles them
  properly

btw afaik this is because openoffice.org-kde is in extra and not in main
