[Frugalware-devel] Wiki cleanup

Hi all,

As some of you may have noticed, I've completely cleaned up and 
reorganized the wiki (for an idea of how much I've done see the Recent 
changes page :P)

Anyway, tomorrow I'll post some new guidelines for creating articles to 
try to keep the wiki organized and easy to navigate.
