[Frugalware-devel] Frugalware newsletter issue 10

After a *much* longer period that I'd expected, I've completed
newsletter issue 10.  As per instructions I've attached the patch.

Please review it and give me feedback.  Note that I've changed the
format slightly.  I've removed the "Developer news" section, also
added an "Events", "Credits" and "Feedback" section.

I hope that you like what I've done.  If not, please tell me what you
don't like and what you'd like me to do to correct it.

I have my own ideas and those others have submitted about changes to
the newsletter.  For the moment I only want to continue the
publication of the newsletter as Alex was doing.
