[Frugalware-devel] Suggesting regarding Frugalware web site

If I understand correctly, the primary maintainer of the Frugalware
web site (AlexExtreme) resigned from the project some time ago. Since
maintaining a hard-coded web site obviously requires a web developer
skilled in the particular language - PHP in this case, I believe - I
wonder if there's an alternate approach. Rather than trying to find
someone who can maintain the site at a source code level, might a
Content Management System be suitable for the task? Options that come
to mind include Drupal and Joomla (although I understand that Joomla
has been bought out by someone).
I have no experience in administering a web site, whether at a source
code level or via a CMS, so I'm not volunteering for the job. It's
just an idea that I wanted to "put out there" to see what others
thought of it.
I'd welcome any feedback.
May you always be Frugal,
Russell Dickenson (AKA phayz)
