it's available at http://frugalware.org/~vmiklos/stats/mirmon/

the nice thing is that it works directly from mirrors2.xml so it'll
automatically watch new mirrors (or will stop watching them) when we
modify that file.

it shows what is the current situation: 8 mirrors are ok, 2 are
problematic.
