Attached is the git patch for Frugalware newsletter issue 29,
including the newsletter issue itself and the amended news
announcement.

If there are no obvious formatting or grammatical errors, please push
it when you can.  I still intend getting write access to the
homepage-ng repo but haven't yet had the time to produce a key etc.
