Can you not see the patch I attached to my first email message, not
the apologetic message?  The patch is named
"0001-newsletter-issue-16.patch" and is 102 Kb according to the Google
email client.  I've checked my original email message and the patch is
definitely there (at least it's in my Out box).  If you haven't
received it I'll re-send it.

I would prefer to fix this myself but I'm at work at the moment and
probably won't get a chance to fix it tonight.  If you think it can
wait, I can fix it tomorrow night.
