right, crazy just started to do something like this yesterday for 0.8.

unfortunatelly not. it would be nice to have someone who assings new
tasks to the relevant developers. i think the biggest problem is the
high number of unassigned tasks, for example even myself just read
sometimes the -bugs list, but in fact i care about bugs which are
assinged to me.
