[Frugalware-devel] Frugalware newsletter issue 17 - draft

Attached is a draft of Frugalware newsletter issue 17.  I'm sending
this out in case (1) someone reads it and (2) someone who reads it
finds an error - either factual or in spelling, grammar etc.

It's in draft only because I still have some work to do -
* The news section will include a note that the release of 0.8 will be
happening soon, also progress on artwork submitted by masta64 (despite
some difficulties);
* The ""Focus on Package(s)" section is really bad (if you're French
the word "merde" best describes it).  I think my problems are: (1) I
don't know anything about HomeBank and (2) I put the description from
the home page in the middle of my text and it just doesn't read well.
I think I'll pick another package because it looks really bad at the
moment.

voroskoi confirmed that he can't provide a photo of the view from his
front door but I intend to publish his interview anyway.  I really
don't think it's important to have the photo, although it would have
been interesting.  Since I don't have any other developer interviews
waiting to be published I really have no choice at the moment.
