[Frugalware-devel] Frugalware newsletter issue 14

Attached is the patch for a draft of Frugalware newsletter issue 14.
In this issue I've made some minor formatting changes, including -

* Removing numbering from the "table of contents"
* Combining the 'Feedback' and 'Credits' section into a new 'About the
newsletter' section

I hope to add more to this issue before its 'release' date.
