if you have time, here is a hint for the next newsletter:

while you create the newsletters in the weeklynews subdir, the news
entries are in the xml subdir, in the file named news.xml. if you want,
you can include the news entry for the newsletter in the patch as well.

it's not that complex:

each post is between <post> and </post> tags. all you need is to copy a
previous "newsletter entry", and update the contents between the tags.
i think it's pretty self-explaining. after you're done with editing. you
can run:

$ xmllint news.xml

to be sure about the xml is still valid. if it does not ends with
"error: <some error message here>" then it's valid. and finally you have
to add the news.xml just like the .html files using:

$ git add xml/news.xml

before commit.
