for example we could create a collection of licences, like:
/usr/share/licences/foo
/usr/share/licences/bar
then use license=('foo') in the FrugalBuild?
(that would mean that if there is a package with a new license, then
first its license should be added to the licences pkg and then using
license=('newlicense') is not a problem)
but this just one possibility, there can be others.
