okay. i think collecting all the licences is a huge task - we chould
start this after 0.8 is out. i don't think we could finish before 0.8
and releasing a "work in progress" version as stable is not the right
thing to do imho.
(as a start, i could collect the licences for base then we can discuss
if that's a good start or not, etc)
