grub and splashy can be done from say Aqua_WBAD_vs1_1280x1024.jpg ( which need be 1600x1200 first :P )

For the DM's that is way to busy to get something nice done. 

It has to be based on that , like same background and the login box with the same effect but the logo.

Well and for KDE moodin part is missing..
