In case you don't know what to do with the gnome stuff (IIRC I changed all
the 0.7 stuff):

* Get /home/ftp/pub/other/artwork/gnome-theme/gnome-frugalware off genesis
with darcs
* Replace wallpaper/frugalware.png with a new png (or, if you must change
the format, change Makefile and the gnome-frugalware.xml file
* Change VERSION in Makefile
* Commit, tag new version and push with darcs, ssh to genesis, go to
/home/ftp/pub/other/artwork/gnome-theme/gnome-frugalware and make dist, will
create tarballs in the parent directory (you might need to get the
permissions change, i think the owner of the entire gnome-theme directory is
me).
* Bump gnome-frugalware package

If you wish to change the gtk theme as well (probably too late, the current
one is fine anyway) you need to change the stuff in gnome-frugalware *AND*
change the patches to metacity, libgnome, and I think control-center and
nautilus.
