i like the idea. how will write up a document to list the rules?

also, need to ask the devianart guys what can we provide to motivate
them to advertise this for free; again somebody is needed to mail them,
and discuss the details.

given that i don't know too much about artwork, i can't do too much, not
counting giving advices ;/
