Dunno, don't know that stuff.

Sure.

If we're considering a facelift for the homepage, we should consider dropping
flyspray (the bts engine we're using now) since it's just a big mesh (eg. open
for at least 3 types of attacks that're listed as top 25 security bugs). While
at it, we should consider what's the best for us: (try) to maintain and
administer several different systems (homepage-ng, flyspray/bugs,
b2evolution/blogs, (planet|bilbo)planet/planet, polls/whatever phayz uses for
them now, etc.) with their skins/themes/designs - or moving the whole thing
as-is to Drupal?
Drupal is capable of handling all of the above-mentioned functionality, easy
to maintain, easy to administer, easy to work with (both for developers and
end-users), and it should be fairly easy to change the theme (as Drupal
separates display and business logic fairly good). I must admit that the
migrate process would cost more than a month, though - and it's just a rough
estimate. There are other benefits of using only one platform: you don't have
to register to several different FW-related sites since there would be only
one; you don't have to remember several (hopefully different) passwords, etc.
Should you have any questions, I'm open to answer them, doing my best.
