...and if you think you're ready with it, share the script, then continue with 
blogs (b2evo), forums (whatever), etc. ;P

I can't repeat it enough: I (for one) wouldn't start such a big project 
without any written documentation of the features we need - probably without 
having a look at any given CMS beforewards.
