my old config looked like this:

[ath0]
essid = xxx
key = xxx
options = dhcp


Now I get:
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
    SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
err, wlan0: timed out

and 
kernel: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlan0 link is not ready

Is that a kernel issue?
