[Frugalware-users] Package submission question

I have created a package, star, a streaming archiver from Schily of cdrtools 
fame, which I use for tape backups.

I have also modified the sendmail build to include the sasl build option which 
I use for authentication.

I would like to submit these, and later others, to the developers for possible 
inclusion in the distribution.  How would I go about this?
