...solved!

for who cares:
from pacman-g2.log i've seen that the shutdown has prevented the complete write of the files on the db;
as i have understand under /var/lib/pacman-g2 there are the folders of the enabled repos which contains the descriptions of the available packages and a "local" folder for the locally installed ones.
the problem where in kernel-source  so i've removed it from the "local" folder (the needed files where there but all fields where void) and then -S kernel-source, -Syy, -Su.

now FW is a rocket!!!

ps: in this situation pacman looped forever; i think the -Qt option would have to check the correspondence whit what i have installed and what is in the repos...
